In the Doppio Gusto restaurant, you will find the real Italian cuisine and tradition, with a selection of typical specialties from Salento. Here you can find gnocchi, ravioli and fresh handmade pasta in the authentic traditional recipes.
Our special water grill allows us to prepare delicious and tender grilled meat. Pizza is among our most appreciated specialties: made with a mix of flours that make it incredibly tasty and easily digestible, plus it gets cooked in our extraordinary gas & wood pizza oven.
