BALADIN BEER

From soil to glass

The Baladin Brewery was founded in 1996 in Piozzo, a small village in the Langhe region of Piedmont, Italy, by the brewer Teo Musso, who had owned a brewpub of the same name since 1986. From the very beginning, Teo started producing beers with a strong Belgian character and added them to his pub’s offer along with other artisanal beverages.

This is how we make… BELGIAN STRONG DARK ALE

  • 33 cl 6.90

With its classic brown color, reminiscent of a monk’s tunic, Leön has a nice thick and persistent, hazelnut-colored foam. Its distinctive impact fills your nose with the fruity scent of fruit cooked in wood oven.

Super Bitter

This is how we make… BELGIAN STRONG AMBER ALE

  • 33 cl 6.90
  • 75 cl 19.00

This is an amber ale with a persistent, light hazelnut colored head. Fruity and warm scents immediately invade the nose, harmoniously blending with the delicate herbaceous and citrusy notes of the hops.
We find them again in the taste, along with the hints of cereals that are perceived with the very first sip. As the first sensations fade, a pleasant and very subtle peppery note emerges.
