The result is a flour that enhances the aromas, fragrance and digestibility, a substantial difference from normal flours, which allows the enhancement of its offer to the customer.
A particularly rich mixture of selected durum wheat flour 00, regrinded durum wheat semolina, soya flour, wholemeal, maize semolina, sesame seeds, rye flour, oat flakes, millet seeds, wheat germ, linseed, barley flakes and malt.
